I have the LITE version of deathadder mini v2 and I can not update its firmware to correct its LOD, and if it is a LITE version not Mini, although they are the same and in theory it should be compatible, said firmware cannot be updated. If anyone could help me with this I would really appreciate it...

There's no DA V2 Lite, probably some bug in Synapse (wrong product name).
What is your product number (you can check it underneath the mouse, on the sticker)?

the DA V2 lite was only released in some regions and from what I see it does not have any razer support, its code is Rz01-0334 or RZ01-03340100 and on its label it says the same "DA V2 LITE".
Isn't there any way to force your firmware or something?
It's basicly the same mouse as DA v2 mini, and have the same part number.
Check what happens if you'll try to plug the mouse to other USB port (preferred USB 3.0 and above), then run FW updater as administrator. If the same, try it on other PC/laptop.
