Hey everybody,

My work does not allow the installation of Synapse on any company devices so I am reliant on the On Board memory to use my mouse shortcuts, but my mouse is not saving/loading my saved profiles. 

As I only really use it for work efficiency this product is now basically useless, does anyone know how to save the profiles onto your mouse for use without Synapse on another device?

Or am I just missing some obvious step, limited information/support out there on this one.
