I have had this mouse for about 5 months now, b the dongle wont turn on most of the time.
The mouse is fully charged. but it wont find the dongle and light up. tried different usb ports, different cables, but didnt work.
tried to reboot pc, didnt work
then i tried to plug the mouse instead of dongle, then mouse worked, but when i unplugged the mouse and plugged in the dongle, it didn't light up.. after several attempts at plugging in and plugging out the dongle was finally found..
and the mouse works again..
is there a way to prevent this from happening?
This occurs with Synapse open or closed.
