I’m here to help. It seems there is a mechanical issue involved. Please send me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number and proof of purchase. Could you also do me a favor and take a video of your device that clearly shows the issue you described? You can upload the file to Google Drive and set the privacy to "Public" or "Anyone with the link" so we can access it.

please allow me to ask a few questions for documentation:

1. Was the device working fine before?
2. When did the issue start occurring?
3. Were any changes made to your system/device prior to the issue?
4. Did you receive and install any Windows updates recently?
5. Were there any incidents involving your mouse prior to the issue?
6. Is there any noticeable physical damage to the device? Is the scroll wheel hard to turn or stuck in any way?

If it squeaks - it need a lube, not cleaning.

But I’d contact Razer Support - you still have valid warranty.
