Deathadder Chroma cursor get's stuck

With no surface calibration, my cursor will slightly get stuck on a point and wiggle a little before moving again. When I try to calibrate it to my Firefly mousepad the problem only intensifies (the cursor wiggles around a point and gets stuck even more), making it near impossible to navigate to different parts of the screen. Any ideas for how to fix this? I've tried turning my computer on and off, restarting the mouse by hlding down left click, right click, and the wheel, and unplugging it and plugging it back in.
