I just purchased Deathadder Chroma and I have asking the store that the product is original or not. The store have mentioned that the product is original.



After I try to register the mouse, there appear that product serial number is invalid.



Could you help me to check the product is original product or fake??
Be sure, you're typing it properly. Common problems are interchanged letter like "O" with "0", "1" and "I" and vice-versa.

DeathAdder Chroma is not sold for a long time, and there are a lot of counterfeits.

You can post here a photo of the bottom of the mouse (connected to the PC).

I have searching in google and i am very suprised that found out there are many similar products which have similar serial number with mine.



From there, I am summarized that the product i bought is fake product
