I have a Razer DeathAdder Elite (RZ01-02010). When Synapse is closed, I can change DPI normally, but when Synapse is open, the DPI does not change correctly. I have already clean-reinstalled Synapse and Razer drivers and restarted my PC. I need to use 400 DPI. Is there a firmware update or another solution for this specific model?
