Deathadder Elite lighting not turning off after shutdown

My Deathadder Elite lighting does not turn off after shutting down my pc. However, my Blackwidow Elite keyboard does turn off. I have the option checked for "switch off lighting when display is turned off". I am using Synapse 3 with Windows 10. My pc is shutting down and not entering sleep mode. I have had this problem once before and it was solved by reinstalling Synapse, but this time it did not work. I have tried multiple usb ports to no avail. I tried uninstalling Synapse and all of the mouse drivers to no avail. Please help. Thanks.
