Deathadder Elite not responding to Synapse DPI or lightning switch

My deathadder elite doesn't respond if I switch my DPI. That is quite important for me because I don't use same DPI in FPS and in MOBA's. If anyone had the same problem please let me know how you solved it. It worked 1 week ago.

Hello! Are you using Synapse? If so, what version are you using? Also, have you tried to use it with another PC to see if the same issue persists?
