It seems to me that there is a mechanical issue involved. Please try to use a can of compressed air and gently blow away dirt from the affected part. Also, can you take a video of your device that shows the problem you just described? Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here and PM me the link so I can take a closer look and provide other workarounds. All the best!
