I have the deathadder essential for one year, now the cursor does not move, the only thing that works are the buttons. I tried all the troubleshooting solutions you provide and nothing happens. I am not a USA or CA citizen.

Yes I try it. Do you know if Razer has an e-mail for customer support? Where I will return it? I live in Europe and the returns are applicable to US and CA orders only. Should I have to pay the fee for the shipping? A lot of questions…
You can contact Razer support directly through their website https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support
But maybe the fastest way is to return it / rma at the shop where you bought it.
