My Razer Deathadder Essential is just under a year old and I’m experiencing issues with the cursor jumping.
I have tried everything from both https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1981/~/how-to-resolve-issues-when-a-razer-mouse-cursor-has-erratic-movements & https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4135/, except for the calibration (not applicable for the Deathadder Essential) and updating the firmware, as the firmware updater is telling me to plug in the mouse, which it is (Synapse is also recognising the mouse, so it’s not a connection issue)
I have now spent several hours in the Razer Assist queue for live chat support, only to get to my turn and receive the message “There are no agents available to chat with you right now. Please try again later.” Live chat appears to be my only option for contacting Razer for me (I am located in Australia, meaning support for me is located in Singapore).
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
