Deathadder essential help
So just bought the deathadder as my first gaming mouse and all was going well until I started getting some very odd issues. So it all works perfectly fine then out of no where I loose the function to click on anything. I can click on the start menu toolbar icons clock etc but then I can't click anything inside the programmes themselves such as flatline Google or clicking a link in emails or opening any games the razer cortex. If I restart the pc it seems to fix the issue temporarily. I have tried plugging in my old Windows wireless mouse and do not have this issue. I have checked for software updates and it says it is up to date. Any suggestions?

Does this also happen without Synapse running in the background? Let's try to fix this issue by performing a clean reinstallation of Razer Synapse by following the steps on this page. If the problem persists, send me the serial number so I can look into firmware-related solutions.
