For the past few months my mouse has been continuously disconnecting and I have noticed a pattern. My mouse freezes and does not work whenever something heavy happening on my computer, like when I'm playing a game. The mouse freezes and the only way to fix it is to unplug it from the motherboard. I have literally tried everything, even updating bios settings. I still don't have a fix. I have uninstalled synapse, reinstalled it, reinstalled drivers, updated drivers, changeTrad power settings on my computer, changed usb ports, and I still have not found a fix.
Also I have another mouse that isn't razer and it works perfectly fine.
