DeathAdder Essential Macro not working properly
Hello, a few days ago I bought a fresh Deathadder Essential mouse and assigned a few macros to buttons 4-5 in the most various configurations.
None of them seemed to work at first, to the point I gave up. The next day they started running randomly - about 10 hours later - while using the pc without any contact with the mouse, in fact I was using the pc via remote access.
I made sure to remove previous mice drivers/apps, update windows and check if it was running latest firmwares and reinstalled synapse 3 2-3 times, all just to sum up my disappointment.
Did anyone else encounter this problem and/or have solutions? thanks in advance

DIAMONDheadSage265Please PM me the serial number of your mouse so I can validate its model and look for other steps to help you resolve the macro issue. Include the current version of the Synapse app installed on your PC so I can check it as well. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
