Hey! My deathadder essential mouse has suddenly started zooming to the top left of the screen and will not shift from that position, making it unusable, I’ve tried to reinstall the drivers using device manager, and I’ve also reinstalled the drivers for my USB ports. Is there any other fixes for this issue? Cheers!

1. Ensure the device is plugged in directly to a PC and not a USB hub.
2. Clean your Razer mouse and mouse sensor.
3. Test the mouse on a different surface. Make sure to avoid surfaces that are rough, shiny or glossy such as glass or similar materials.
If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a PM together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase for possible warranty claims.
