deathadder essential not detected by synapse

How it’s detected in Windows device manager? Any screenshot of it?

Try Synapse clean reinstall:

1. Uninstall Synapse
2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
3. Then restart your PC
4. After reboot install Synapse again (you can download the latest Synapse 4: https://www.razer.com/synapse-4 ) and run it as administrator.

it shows as an HID-compliant mouse

I am having similar issues. The mouse does work with the computer when it is plugged in but it does not appear in the Synapse software so that I can change any of the settings.

I also have the Ornata V3 X Keyaboard which connected to the software with no issues.

Was it detected in Synapse before?

If not then post a photo of the mouse bottom (connected to PC) with s/n visible.

No I have never been able to get it to show in Synapse.

It's fake, that's why you cannot get it detected in Synapse.

I bought from Amazon. So I should get a refund and buy somewhere else? I thought they would have been a fairly safe place to purchase legitimate Razor products.

Contact amazon that you have been scammed, and want to return the product.

i have the EXACT same mouse being sold from amazon Razer store?? are you sure its fake?? i cant find it in synapse either

Guys do yourselves a favor and return this product asap, it’s fake and synapse will never support it.
