Synapce doesn't recognize it, I bought this mouse a few months ago, I've tried reinstalling Synapce, uninstalling Vanguard, using the tool to clean the driver, but nothing. I can send a photo of the id, but I've already registered it on the site, so it's hard to be a fake.
