So, a couple days ago my mouse started conecting and disconecting all of a sudden, it keeps it’s sensor light on, but the LEDs on the back stays off, i was wondering if it may be the firmware. but since it stay conecting and disconecting i can’t verify it, i even tried to atualize it when it decides to conect and puts its LEDs on all of a sudden, but the firmware atualizer doesn’t recognize it :( does anyone know what to do in this situation? i have this mouse since november (it has passed 7 months that i have it) and i don’t wanna buy a new one.

Were there any incidents that happened to your mouse before the issue? Any noticeable physical damage from the device or cable? To isolate the problem, can you go ahead and plug in your mouse to a different computer that doesn’t have Razer Synapse installed? Make sure that you are directly plugging in your device to a USB port on your PC and not to a USB hub. If the issue persists with the computer without Synapse while connected wired, PM me your device serial number and proof of purchase so I can verify its warranty.
