when i press the top side button it doesnt work however when i touch the bottom side button it works perfectly. how do i fix the issue?

    Does the behavior happen while the mouse is connected to a different USB port or computer? Did you also try disabling/closing the Razer Synapse 3.0 and check if the issue persists? Also, use a can of compressed air to clean the affected buttons and see how it goes. Otherwise, ask for a replacement device if it is within its warranty coverage.
