For added context:
- Other mice work on the laptop I’m using.
- The mouse did briefly work a few different times, but always stopped working after a few minutes of being connected to the laptop.
- The mouse isn’t fully unable to move, it’s just that every 10th of a second or so it gets teleported, so it can only move for a few frames before teleporting back to the corner and thus is mostly useless.
- I’ve tried uninstalling the drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse 4, and other common troubleshooting steps.
