DeathAdder V2 Firmware issue - CRP DISABLD

Hey LEVEL100,

I understand that your Razer DeathAdder V2 disconnected while switching profiles in Synapse and is now showing as CRP DISABLD when reconnected. To help us investigate further, could you please send a short video showing the issue? If possible, please include:

• the mouse being connected to the PC
• a Device Manager check showing how the Razer DeathAdder V2 is being detected

If the video file is larger than 25MB, feel free to upload it to Google Drive or another file-sharing platform and send us the link. Please make sure the sharing permission is set to Anyone with the link.

In the meantime, please also try the following:

• Repair Synapse through Windows Apps & Features
• Perform a clean reinstall of Synapse
