I have this mouse for some time now, and it is disconnecting and connetcing randomly.
I already tried to change the computer power output settings (so its USB output doesnt turn off), tried on other computers, and allways directly on the native USB port of the PC.

Hello there,
Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
