After 9 months of using the DA V2 Mini it started to freeze on me for 1-3 seconds. I had thrown away the receipt and the original box so I don’t think I can return it to the seller, I do have my warranty card though. How can I fix this?

Hey johnsonjohnson,

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Razer DeathAdder V2 Mini. Can you check if the problem you're experiencing with your mouse is happening while the Razer Synapse is closed or disabled? If so, please PM me the serial number of your device so I can look into it and provide the best resolution. All the best!

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're facing with your DA V2 Mini. Since you've already tried updating the firmware, reconnecting, and updating your GPU drivers, it's a good start in troubleshooting. If these steps haven't resolved the problem, you might want to consider a few more actions:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to the manufacturer's costume support with your warranty card. They might be able to help you diagnose the issue and offer solutions or a replacement.

  2. Check for Overheating: Make sure your DA V2 Mini isn't overheating. Overheating can cause performance issues. Ensure that the device has proper ventilation and isn't obstructed.

  3. Software Conflicts: Sometimes, software conflicts can cause freezing issues. Ensure that there are no conflicting programs or background applications running while you're using your DA V2 Mini.

  1. Already in contact with them here.
  2. It’s cold to the touch so I don’t think it could be overheating. Also I don’t think it’s the mouse pad, I recently got a new table which has full desk mat but the problem persisted even after switching to my previous mouse pad.
  3. What software could possible cause such conflicts?

Hi bizvisionMindaro, thank you and I really appreciate your input.
