Couldn't find topic with the similar problem discussion(( So here we go...

Faced with problem of Deathadder v2 mini which I've bought today. I've Switched on Razer after HyperX Pulsefire.

Mouse pointer doesn't work but Right button, Left button, Scroll are working fine. Other buttons seems like working fine also. Performed actions in order to fix the problem:

1. Removed all the drivers and apps related to previouse mouse (HyperX Pulsefire).

2. Synapse installed and updated to latest version.

3. Synapse detects mouse properly.

4. All Synapse properties are default.

5. Tried to reset mouse via Synapse - no result.

6. Tried to remove Synapse and reinstall - no result.

7. Tried to remove all found mouse drivers in Windows - no result.

8. Tried another PC with Win10 and MacBook Pro with macOS Big Sur 11.3.1 - pointer doesn't work also.

Pls help!! I've spent half of a day but still no result. Thanks!
