Deathadder v2 not detected by Laptop in Windows 11

radioTOPAZDaffodil664

Hey guys, this morning I was calibrating the colors on my monitor when suddenly my Deathadder v2 mouse disconnected and has not been able to connect since. As in, when I plug it straight into any of the the usb ports, the lights don’t come on and it cannot be used. I tried to plug it into a friend’s laptop, but it did not turn on either. I went online and saw that there is an available firmware update for my mouse, however I cannot install it because my mouse cannot be detected. I have an Ornata Chroma keyboard that connects just fine, so I fear my mouse may have died or been broken. I tried:

  - updating and restarting my computer

  - updating, repairing, and reinstalling Razer Synapse

  - checking for driver errors (the device is not present on device manager)

My warranty has already expired. Is there anything I can do or is it joever?
