Deathadder V2 not showing up in synapse

Im going to use it without it for now, but i just got my deathadder v2 from best buy. ive had a viper ultimate and a basilisk ultimate, and they both showed up after the restart. i tried disabling it then unplugging it, tying a different port, no luck. it shows up in device manager as deathadder v2, but synapse just seems to not see it.
