hello, my Deathadder V2 is not working anymore and i tried everything, i tried different devices and different USB ports but still nothing, Device Manager and Razer Synapse not detecting my mouse, RGB lights not working, but Sensor is working Red Color, what can i do?
i tried another Razer mouse and all is working fine, but the Deathadder not

Fix was to use Synapse 3, and not 4

When did the issue start occurring? Any noticeable physical damage from the device or cable? Were there any changes made to your system/device prior to the issue? Were there any incidents that happened to your mouse before? Please PM me your device serial number along the proof of purchase so I can check for the warranty option.
