DeathAdder v2 pro
Sooo I just unboxed my brand new DeathAdder v2 pro which i ordered straight from razer.com. Sadly upon trying it on Modern warfare i immediately noticed that the 2 thumb buttons do not work. They work about 1/10 "normal" clicks but if i press harder and or hold and kinda find a "sweetspot" they sometimes work. I don't think this is a driver issue, to me it feels more as a loose contact behind the physical buttons because it seemed to work better (not good) after a gentle shake.

Did you open a support ticket with razer support? If not, report it immediately so they can assist you much better.
