deathadder v2 pro and razer synapse 3 problem

Hello razer community, hope all you guys are doing well I seem to have an interesting problem on lenovo legion windows 10 while playing cs go with newly purchased razer deathadder pro v2 and razer synapse 3. as you know da v2 pro has 2 side buttons and 2 sensitivity buttons on top behind scroll. i customize the side buttons like this front side : play / pause (multimedia) back side : mute volume but these button assignments interestingly interferes (i suppose so) or triggers other buttons while i play cs go. for example with custom button assignment mentioned above, when i press front side button it plays or pauses background music but also acts like "G" button on keyboard and drops the weapon in cs go (g letter is default for dropping weapon in cs go) at the same time. when i try to mute volume with back side button on mouse , it also acts like "D" button and in game it also strafes my character. but here is the more interesting part. these all happen while razer synapse is running but when i exit razer synapse 3 and try again. all seem to work well and nothing extra happens when i try to play pause or mute the media running background with no issue in cs go. one side note. i created a profile stored on board memory in mouse. any ideas why this happens. thanks in advance.
