Hallo Leute ich habe das Problem mit meine genshin impakt mouse das es sich nicht mit dem dongel connekten lässt und der dongel die ganze zeit einen dauer schleifen an ton an gibt von connect und deconnect. Im kable modus geht die maus einwand frei.
Volgendes habe ich probiert :
Reinstalation von Synaps.
Entfernung der maus.
hat jemand einen Tipp für mich was ich noch machen kann ?

Same problem here. Another person was in touch with Razer and they replaced the dongle. Problem solved:
