I purchased this mouse today and after I try to use my mouse with the usb cable, it don’t work anymore. The light are on but I can’t find the mouse with bluetooth, the usb dongle don’t work, the usb cable don’t work. The light are always on as if it’s connected.
Can someone help me please?
