Deathadder v2 pro freezing in wireless mode

Every once in a while my deathadder v2 pro will freeze for between .5-1.5 seconds. Generally there are a few minutes at least between freezes, although it rarely can freeze twice in a row. It does not freeze when in wired mode. I have not checked bluetooth mode. Things I have tried: Closing synapse Updating firmware Updating drivers Using/not using extension port Plugging in dongle to various ports on PC Using mouse on different PC This has been happening since I got the mouse, but I used to be able to fix it for a while by turning the mouse to wired mode and back again. This fix no longer works. When the mouse is freezing, I have noticed it seems to disconnect in synapse as well.

Based on the steps that you have tried, it's highly likely a hardware issue. PM me the serial number of your device so I can validate its model and share a copy of your receipt so I can check its warranty. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
