Deathadder V2 Pro keeps disconnecting | Razer Insider

So I only have the DA V2 Pro for 1 month now and somehow it just keeps disconnecting on the 2.4ghz mode. It disconnects the most whenever I flick but also sometimes with casual usage. It's very annoying and upsetting since I only own this mice for such a short amount of time. The bluetooth mode still works fine and wired too, so I have no idea what's going on.

But I have a feeling that it has got to do with the mouse, maybe something internal? I'm lost right now and I don't know what to do. I hope I'll get some information regarding this problem from someone soon.
Be sure, that the dongle is in the sight with the mouse, also keep the dongle plugged into the motherboard directly and not via some USB hubs or USB ports in PC case.

Check if the issue happens while connecting the device to another USB port or computer. Also, please perform the following steps:

  • Change your Wi-Fi connection’s channel. (Non-overlapping channels were commonly set to 1, 6, or 11)

  • Use a 5 GHz connection for your Wi-Fi.

  • Use a wired connection via an Ethernet cable for your internet.

Also, please download the Razer Mouse Pairing Utility and see if it helps.
