Im from canada, and they wouldnt let me buy a dongle because they only ship to america, i was even willing to pay shipping and everything. Can i buy a bluetooth USB 5.0 dongle and pair it with the deathadder mouse? or does it have to be the special bluetooth dongle that came with the mouse? (my mouse didn't come with a dongle... i explained it to them but im not willing to ship the mouse back / pay for a new one or any of that ... i just want to fix this and im clearly willing to pay) So, my question stands: can i buy a high quality USB bluetooth 5.0 dongle and pair it with the mouse? (my friend has one and he has paired other mice with it, keyboards, speakers, etc...)

Did you request a replacement dongle from Razer or your reseller? If you have a case number, please let me know through PM so I can check with the relevant team. If none, just provide your serial number so I can validate its model and look into our options in sending you a new dongle. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
