Last night, I had the blue light of death I have read about with my almost 3 year old Deathadder V2 Pro (which I used to love).
The mouse became unresponsive showing a permanent blue light, it would not turn off and It would not work, so I left it to drain the battery. This morning he was back alive after charging a bit but now Synapse says “Device is switched off” when I am clearly using it right now…
I need to be able to access Synapse so I can turn all the lights off so I can use it at work without the battery running out… Anyone has solved this?
Oh, I have turn it on and off, restarted my pc, re-installed the drivers, the firmware...everything all the guides recommend and nothing. 🙁
