Specs:

- CPU: I5 9400f

- GPU: MSI gtx 1660 super (ventus OC xs 6GB)

- Motherboard: MSI b365m pro-vh

- (2x8) 16gb ram ddr4 ADATA - 2x SSD Kingstone 480 gb

- PSU: Thermaltake 600W (smart 600 80 white)

- Display: Asus VA24EHE 75hz (set at 60hz)



First of all, if i turn off the mouse, nothing bad happens, so i think it's the mouse, it started since i bought it.



- Past 5 minutes of inactivity my monitor turns off. FINE

- 2 minutes later monitor wakes up ALONE. I think the mouse is doing something because that's the time when mouse goes sleep in razer synapse (2 min). ERROR

- Another 5 minutes later monitor turns off again because inactivity and stays off until i move or do something. FINE



Details:

- So, the problem happens only one time "per cycle" (if i turn off and on the mouse, the problem happens again).

- If i change "Turn off monitor after..." in windows options to 10 minutes nothing changes, 2 minutes later wakes up alone, then i need to wait 10 minutes more for the monitor to turn off until i wake up. (same as 5 minutes)

- In Razer Synapse 3 -> MOUSE -> POWER -> WIRELESS POWER SAVING -> "enter sleep mode if iddle for..." i set it at 2 minutes (yes, the same time that the monitor lasts off until the error occurs)

- If i change mouse power saving to 5 minutes and the monitor time to 5 minutes, the monitor instantly turns off AND ON after 5 minutes. (that confuses me).

- I have mouse's light off BUT today the red light of low power mode started flashing because my mouse reached 10% battery level. The light was still flashing after 5 minutes (when monitor turns off), 2 minutes later the light turns off (i guess mouse went sleep mode) and monitor turned on alone. The mouse stayed off and monitor turns off pass 5 minutes like always does at normal conditions.



The most annoying thing:

Since i bought the mouse i noticed that the mouse's pointer moves slightly up and then goes back into place when i physically press the mouse against the table or pad. After the main problem of this thread happens (12 minutes in total...5 monitor turns off + 2 of mouse turns on the monitor + another 5 from monitor to turn off), the pointer (or tracking) works fine, solid, doesn`t matter if i press the mouse, pointer stays in place.



- I tried different config settings combos of mouse and monitor sleep times.

- I reinstalled Synapse 3

- I did a clean windows 10 intall from 0.

- I installed lastest firmware from razer for RZ010335.

- I have installed all the lastest drivers. (monitor, mouse, headset, essential pc components, bios firmware etc)

- I restart the mouse in Synapse 3

- No problem with other mouses.

- I already read others forums abaout this but no lucky with their recommendations and i think turn off all periapherals in device managment to prevent wake up my monitor it's not a good solution, I'm worried about the pointer problem more than the screen problem.



It's seems that the two minutes of the mouse to go to sleep start counting from when monitor turns off. But if i config 5 min monitor and 5 min mouse, the time looks exactly the same and monitor instnly wakes up alone when turns off.



The other problem (pointer, traking) i think it's related to... mouse's low power automatically on when windows start but turns off when first problem ends (mouse go sleep mode and wake up)??.



Both problems happen again everytime i turn off and on the mouse or pc (i think because i always shut off the mouse when i shut off the pc).
