Deathadder V2 Pro Wireless not working in wireless modes

For a few weeks now I've been having issues with the mouse disconnecting then reconnecting constantly. Wirelessly it kept shutting off (the rgb and profile light too) and disconnected from Synapse as well. I've tried uninstalling synapse, drivers in device manager and trying it on a 2 different computers and the same thing was able to be replicated. The mouse works as it should when plugged in. I also installed the latest firmware and it has steadily gotten worse and disconnected more frequently as the days went by. Fast forward to today and the mouse doesn't even turn on unless the usb cable is plugged in. There is no input/lights that come on even though I hear windows recognize the device both the cable and the dongle. The device drivers appear to be there as well but the mouse simply doesn't power on wirelessly. What else can i do? I'm thinking I might have to send it in since there is little about my problem available online. I can't even rollback the firmware or manually install drivers. Any options that I'm missing?

Have you tested your mouse in the same environment (home/office)? If yes, there's chance, that some other 2.4GHz devices like BT/Wifi are interferring with DeathAdder V2 Pro.
