Deathadder V2 Pro wireless stutters constantly.

I have been using this mouse wired for the longest time because it stops stuttering when plugged in. I paid for the wireless functionality but it is causing more problems than helping. Whenever im playing a game the mouse stutters and freezes for a few seconds on screen and goes back to normal only for the process to restart again. I dont have a custom surface on razer synapse and i own a razer acari hard mouse pad. Thanks in advance!

    Do you get the same results with and without Synapse running in the background, and where is the dongle plugged into? In any case, please send me the serial number of your mouse so I can look into model-specific solutions. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
