Hello! Recently one of the side buttons started to “jiggle” and being quite loose, and sometimes it gets stuck when pressed.
My warranty just expired so it’s not covered anymore, so I was wondering if there’s something I could do to either fix it, or get some sort of assistance from RAZER.

I’m sorry for my very late reply, but the mouse just gave up and broke. Not just that button, but the left click literally broke into two out of nowhere. So sadly I had to say goodbye to it.

Sound like a hardware problem. Can you PM me a short video so I can have a closer look? Include the serial number so I can validate its model and check other options. Thanks!
Can you give an update please? I’m having the same issue where my front side button on my razar deathadder v2 jiggles but still functions. There’s just no pressing into it. You can just literally slightly put your finger on it will process the click
