I recently got the Deathadder V2 after owning the orochi (2013) I already had Synapse V2 installed when I first plugged the Deathadder.

After fresh install of windows it automatically installed Synapse V3. it all good and nice but when ever I log out of my windows session the mouse takes back the old configuration of Synapse V2.



Is there a way to fix this and use only Synapse V3

Hi there! Were you able to uninstall the Razer Synapse 2.0 and retained 3.0? Please clean install your Razer Synapse by following the steps from this link and see if it helps.

Hi, I tried this step by step and still the same issue. As soon as I lock my windows sessions the mouse reverts to the configuration that was set on Synapse V2

Thanks for letting me know. Please send me a PM together with the email address that is associated to your Razer ID and your Razer Synapse 3.0 logs. Save the compressed files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. Let's continue from there.
