Deathadder v2 X Hyperspeed buttons 4 and 5 multimedia assignment not working

Hi, I just got the DA v2 X Hyperspeed and Installed Synapse. I wanted to assign Multimedia Volume Up and Down to buttons 4 and 5, but it's not working when assigned. I tried other functions, like Windows Shortcut for Calculator etc... and it works, but none of the Multimedia commands seems to work. Synapse v3 Windows 11 Pro

Did you try resetting the device by clicking the gear/cog icon at the top-right of the application? Try gathering your Razer Synapse 3.0's logs first. Once done, please uninstall the app, then run the Razer Driver Cleanup tool. Once done, restart your computer, then reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0.
