Hello,
I have been using Deathadder V2 X Hyperspeed mouse on all my devices (I have 3 of them in total). The only mapping I care about are the 2 small buttons on the upper left that have default the sensitivity stage up/down. These I have remapped to Copy/Paste. After the new SW upgrade Synapse v4.0.896 (same I think with .895, I upgraded twice) the copy button changed back to Sensitivity Stage Down on all my profiles. It is not possible to change it back to Copy function.
When I create new profile and try the change, then I can get Copy there (it is not working I think) but when I change, on this new profile, the Sensitivity Stage Up to Paste, then the previously set Copy changes back to Sensitivity Stage Down -default.
I simply want a copy-paste on these 2 small buttons, but it seems I lost it with your final version.
Please tell me how to get it back.

I also have this problem today. when I tried to map button 4 first, it will map it as usual. but when I try to map other button (3 5 etc), it will revert back the button 4 to default and I can't map it again. I assume it has to do with new synapse version

same problem here. suddenly occured. cant remove the sensitivity setting either. I hope the authorities will handle it asap.

Also having this issue.

I'm experiencing the exact same issue as other users with Razer Synapse 4 and my DeathAdder V2 X HyperSpeed.

When I assign a new function to one of the mouse buttons, such as Play/Pause, the change works initially. However, as soon as I modify the other sensitivity button, the first button reverts to its default sensitivity function.

The changes seem to save correctly at first, but modifying another button causes the previous assignment to be overwritten. I've tried several troubleshooting steps, including restarting Synapse and creating a new profile, but the issue persists.

I'm currently using Razer Synapse 4.0.86 and connecting my mouse via the 2.4 GHz wireless receiver.

Since multiple users are reporting the same problem, this appears to be a software bug. Please investigate this issue and provide a fix. Thank you.
