The mouse is working (all buttons) but the cursor is not working. The mouse is only 6 months old. This is my second Razer mouse that has issues (is for sure my last).
What is going on. I tried to reinstall the driver, changed the battery, nothing. Looks like the laser is dead.
Really disappointed by Razer products. I’ll go with logitech that I use on my tower and they work without any issue for 5 years now.
Same issue with mine after 6 months that I bought the mouse. Has anybody got a fix?
Me too. My V2 started to die the other day, now completely dead. Initial symptoms being like that of an old school ‘ball’ mouse gummed up with muck.

Today I had the bright idea of testing the laser for funtionality by using a digital camera/phone to detect any output.
Of course it is dead, just blackness.
Any idea of the laser specs/third party availability?
EDIT: Just tested the Voltage across the emitter legs and it is showing as 0.78V. Anyone know if this is correct and/or indicative of a blown laser module?

yooo i had the same problem the worst of it I bought two mouse one for mne and one for my brother and both of them have the same problem all the buttons work but not the mouse itself its crazy, never buying razer products ever again headset, laptop or mouse
