My 2.4GHz dongle has stopped working. It’s detected by the computer but the mouse drops out after a few seconds, if it even works for a second at all, on multiple ports and hubs. Bluetooth works perfectly, so the mouse is fine. I’m on macOS so I can’t run the Windows pairing utility. Open to any solutions or tests to confirm. When plugged in the light mostly stays green but occasionally flashes blue.
Is it possible I can get a replacement dongle if that’s the only solution? Happy to PM my serial number.
