Deathadder v2 x Hyperspeed Jumping

Hi, I have a curious problem, not sure if anyone will be able to help. When I turn the mouse on to bluetooth connectivity, the cursor will jump to the left of the screen linearly, whereas if I use the dongle connectivity the jumping is similar but in a downwards direction. I have tried uninstalling the driver, tried to use synapse 3.0 surface calibration etc (barely able to click into it after many attempts) but so far no luck. Suspect to be a software bug but not sure how to remedy this either. Has anyone faced a similar problem Does anyone have a solution to this? Thanks!
