Deathadder V2 X hyperspeed suddenly stopped working

So my Deathadder V2 X hyperspeed suddenly stopped working while i was playing arma. At first only tracking didn't work and then mouse stopped working completely. I updated synapse app that made mouse work for few seconds and then it stopped working again. So i uninstalled all razer software and installed newest versions also i checked all the drivers. Tried connecting the mouse via Bluetooth but my pc can't find it i usually use 2.4. And yeah i tried plugging the 2.4 dongle in a different port. Dongle itself is recognized by windows in device manager and i get a dound when i plug it in

Let me assist you with your mouse. Have you installed the Mouse Pairing Utility by downloading from this link? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.
