DEATHADDER V2PRO DONGLE ISSUE

so i was in a game and suddenly my headphones broke and i had to borrow my little brother’s blackshark headphones which also uses the 2.4 dongle and suddenly my deathadder dongle started to loop(connect & disconnecting) can somebody help…? it works fine with cable

Different port (at least USB 3.0 - plug it directly to the motherboard).

Be sure, the USB socket is not loose, and it keeps the USB dongle firmly.
