Deathadder V3 cable issues

I can barely have the cable bend as it will instantly disconnect. Even the slightest of flicks also disconnects the mouse even though the USB is still firmly plugged in. There have been times where is keeps connecting and disconnecting after it initially disconnects which requires me to entirely unplug and plug in the mouse again. Is there any way to help with this? It seems to be the actual cable's issue.

Sorry to hear you’re having disconnecting issues with your Razer DeathAdder V3. To better isolate the problem, could you please confirm the following:

  • When did the issue start?
  • Was there any accidental drop, pull, or physical damage to the cable or USB connector before this happened?
  • Does the disconnecting issue happen on another USB port or on a different PC as well?
  • Are you using the mouse directly through the PC, or through a hub/dock/adapter?
  • Do you notice any visible fraying, bending, or looseness around the cable or connector area?
