Just upgraded from the deathadder V2 to V3. I have a black, leather mousepad and the V2 worked fine on it. Now the V3 keeps stuttering on it but works fine on my white matte desk.
Tried re-calibrating and different USB ports and nothing fixes the problem.
Also the Razer support page is useless. There is absolutely no way I can contact official support.
It’s the surface.
I used a keychron mousepad and lost tracking consistently.
Fix: Play directly on your desk or buy a harder mousepad. I got a Ninja FX Raiden from Artisan (got it as mid, avoid soft etc. I guess) and since its a very hard mousepad it works fine.
The sensor doesn’t like soft cloth, you need a “hard” surface.
